Help with setup, webpages, existing Pro access, or billing.

Start with the checks below or email ReadTune support. Include what you expected, what happened, and the Chrome version you use. Please do not send passwords, sign-in links, page content, or payment-card details.

Set up ReadTune

Install or update ReadTune, then open a normal webpage.
Open the ReadTune side panel and turn Reading Focus on.
Keep at least one Apply to option active, usually Main text.
Refresh tabs that were already open when ReadTune was installed or updated.

Know where extensions are blocked

Chrome internal pages such as chrome:// cannot be changed.
The Chrome Web Store blocks extensions from changing its pages.
Some protected documents and embedded cross-origin frames may be unavailable.
Open an ordinary article or website to confirm the extension is working.

Fix dynamic or slow pages

Refresh after an app-style page changes chats, documents, or routes.
Enable Links if the text you want to affect is inside linked headings.
Use a focus band to keep memory tools scoped to a smaller area.
Turn off heavier visual tools on very large infinite-scroll pages.

Restore existing Pro access

The Chrome Web Store build does not start an in-extension checkout. If you already own Pro, use the same email used for the website purchase to sign in and restore the existing entitlement. If the signed access status does not return, sign out, sign in again, then email support with the checkout email and approximate purchase date.

Website purchases and billing

The ReadTune website may sell plans through Square. Use the Account page to manage access, or email SyntreeAI@gmail.com with the checkout email, purchase date, and Square receipt reference. Never send a full card number or card security code. See the purchase and refund terms.

Local reading and privacy choices

Remote dictionary lookup is unavailable in this Chrome Web Store build, so it does not send selected words or page origins to a dictionary endpoint. See the privacy policy, or email privacy support for access, correction, or deletion requests.

Optional support profiles.

ReadTune includes optional starting profiles for ADHD focus, dyslexia-friendly reading, visual stress, low vision, working memory, processing load, and fast reading. They adjust the same reading controls; they are not diagnoses, medical advice, or a substitute for professional care. You can change or reset every setting.

Profile privacy

A profile choice is stored with your ReadTune settings in Chrome and may sync through your Google account when Chrome Sync is enabled. ReadTune does not receive a separate copy. Review the full profile and Chrome Sync disclosure.
